Villa Azura, a real gem on the French Riviera
In the heart of the French Riviera, offering panoramic views across the Bay of Cannes and Esterel Mountains.
Situated in a secure gated community, Villa Azura is a typical stone built house, the bedrooms and bathrooms have been fully refurbished benefiting from air-conditioning.
The main living area is open plan with French doors in each area - Kitchen, Sitting and Dining all opening to the pool and outside patio. The kitchen is separate whilst being part of the living area and is very well equipped with built in oven as well as a combination microwave and plenty of cooking utensils.
There is a large flat screen Smart TV with SKY and DVD player and of course WIFI is included.
You will find a table tennis table and pétanque court in our upper garden, and there is also well a tennis court for Domain guests just 50 meters from the Villa.

After watching the stunning sunrise Enjoy the long relaxing days at the beach, wondering around the old towns, golfing, scuba, cycling or walking the numerous local trails and return to the Villa for a swim, cocktails and eating al fresco, watching the sun set, whilst cooking on the Webber BBQ watching the lights across Cannes twinkling - one of the best things in the world - or enjoy watching the magnificent firework display which take place most weeks during July and August.

By the pool there is an outside cooking area with fridge/freezer, hob, ice maker and sink.
Play Boules (Petanque) on our own court or table tennis in the upper garden, or if you prefer there is a private tennis court for domaine residents only within 50 metres of the end of the garden, this is part of the domaine and there are rackets in the garage.
Most ground floor rooms open onto the terrace and pool, therefore the Villa is not suitable for young children.

Bedrooms - all five bedrooms have been recently refurbished with modern tiled floors and air-conditioning, and USB plug sockets for easy charging the bathrooms again recently refurbished all have Italian style walk in Rain showers.

Located on the ground floor with double French Doors to the swimming pool, has a super-king bed, ensuite with bath and separate shower.

On the first floor boasts a fabulous cast iron freestanding bath, what better way to end the day than a luxurious soak with the amazing views from this round room. Superking bed, and an amazing vaulted beamed ceiling.
Bedroom 3
With a traditional French sleigh double bed, shares a bathroom.
Bedroom 4
Amazing views of the mountains, king size bed with ensuite shower room with a very large walk in shower.
Bedroom 5
Is on the ground floor, with a king size bed - this is the only room with a compromised view, but the pictures on the walls make up for this. The bathroom has again a large walk in shower.
There is a double garage with a seperate large utility room, were you will find the washing machine and bags etc for the supermarket shops.
